This glass mosaic diptych depicts two characters in parallel worlds, their meeting uncertain. In the first panel, Johanna walks determinedly on a path that leads her to a distant house. In the second (in progress), Vincent is peacefully dozing on a haystack, absorbed in a moment of tranquility.

The clear graphic treatment of the characters is rendered by American glass, which offers flat tints of color and allows for stylized shapes. It contrasts with the backgrounds, where the sky and earth come to life thanks to pieces of artisanal glass, creating a subtle pointillist texture. This combination of techniques gives the whole a visual depth, uniting precision and movement in a dazzling harmony.
